Most company research is written for people who already speak the language. This is written for people who do not, and who would still rather read the filing than a headline about it.
Every company on this site answers the same five questions, in the same order, with the same evidence behind them.
Each one opens out into its sub-questions — debt, capex, dividends, the board, the auditors, related-party dealings, who owns the shares and what they paid. Twenty-three answers in all, rewritten every quarter, whether or not the answer changed.
The annual report, the quarterly exchange filings, the investor presentation and the earnings call transcript — the company’s own documents, read rather than summarised. Share prices come from the exchange’s daily file and are recomputed each trading evening. Ownership comes from the shareholding pattern filed in XBRL, which is why the pledge figures are exact rather than approximate.
Nothing is estimated to fill a gap. Where a company does not disclose something, the answer says so and leaves the number blank. A confidently wrong figure is worse than a missing one, because it survives being checked.
Not advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. There are no target prices here and no ratings. The questions are the ones worth asking; the answers are what the filings say. What you do with them is yours.
More are added as their filings are read. A company appears here only once all twenty-three answers are written.
